This series is the very first volume of The Incredible Hulk where a mishap with a gamma bomb changed Dr. Bruce Banner’s life and the Marvel Universe forever. In the first issue, the Hulk was grey, but due to ink-problems that made it difficult to have a grey character on every page, he was made green in the following issues. The series lasted only 6 issues, but the Hulk’s adventures continued in Tales To Astonish issue 59 and on some years later.
